Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
When you place an order on our website, our team begins preparing it for shipment after payment confirmation. Order processing includes verifying your payment details, checking product availability across our inventory locations, picking the items from our warehouse shelves, inspecting each product for quality and damage, packing them securely, and generating shipping labels. For clothing, dresses, bags, and shoes, which are typically stored in our standard fulfillment center, processing usually takes one to two business days. For living room and bedroom furniture, which may be stored in specialized furniture warehouses or drop-shipped directly from manufacturers, processing may take two to four business days due to the larger size and additional handling requirements. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by our warehouses and carrier partners. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We do not offer same-day dispatch or weekend processing at this time. During peak shopping periods such as major sales events or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended by an additional one to three business days. If your order requires additional processing time beyond our standard window, we will notify you by email with an updated estimate. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer a range of shipping methods to accommodate different urgency levels and budget preferences. The available options are displayed at checkout after you provide your shipping address. For small and medium items, including clothing, dresses, bags, and shoes, we offer economy, standard, and express shipping through major parcel carriers such as national postal services and private couriers. These items are shipped in boxes or padded mailers and can be delivered to most residential and commercial addresses. For large and heavy items, including living room furniture such as sofas, coffee tables, and entertainment centers, and bedroom furniture such as bed frames, dressers, and nightstands, we use specialized freight carriers. Freight shipments require additional lead time and may involve curbside delivery or threshold delivery depending on the option you select at checkout. For furniture, you will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery window, as these shipments cannot be left without a signature. For all shipping methods, we recommend that you provide a phone number and email address so that carriers can contact you with delivery updates or scheduling requests. The specific carrier assigned to your order depends on your shipping address, the size and weight of your order, and current carrier capacity. You will receive a tracking number for all orders, including furniture freight shipments.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery time begins from the moment the carrier picks up your order from our facility, not from when you place your order. Therefore, the total time from order to delivery is the sum of processing time plus shipping time. For clothing, dresses, bags, and shoes using economy shipping, delivery typically takes five to ten business days after pickup. Standard shipping for these items typically takes three to six business days after pickup. Express shipping typically takes one to three business days after pickup. For furniture and other large items shipped via freight carriers, delivery typically takes seven to fourteen business days after pickup, depending on your distance from the warehouse and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by the carrier or by our shipping hub. Weekends are not counted as business days for delivery estimates. Rural or remote addresses may experience longer delivery times than estimates shown at checkout. During peak seasons such as year-end holidays or major sale events, carriers may experience volume-related delays that extend delivery times beyond our estimates. We do not refund shipping costs or offer compensation for deliveries that arrive later than the estimated window unless you selected a guaranteed service that explicitly promised a delivery date and that date was missed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on several factors. These include the shipping method you select, the total weight and dimensions of your package, your delivery address, the category of products in your order, and any current promotions or discounts. For small items such as clothing, bags, and shoes, shipping costs are typically calculated based on weight and distance. For large items such as furniture, shipping costs are calculated based on dimensional weight, which considers the volume of space the item occupies on a truck, as well as the delivery service level such as curbside or threshold delivery. You will see the exact shipping cost displayed clearly before you complete your purchase, and no charges are added after checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time on orders that meet certain minimum purchase thresholds. Any such promotion will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout when the conditions are satisfied. Please note that free shipping promotions may apply only to standard shipping on small items and may exclude furniture or other large items due to their high shipping costs. For furniture orders, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item or sending a defective product. If you receive a refund for a lost or damaged furniture shipment, the original shipping cost may be included in the refund depending on the circumstances.
Furniture Delivery Options
Because furniture items are large, heavy, and require special handling, we offer multiple delivery service levels for living room and bedroom furniture. Curbside delivery is our standard and most affordable option. With curbside delivery, the carrier will bring the item to the curb or driveway at the front of your home. You are responsible for moving the item from the curb into your home, up any stairs, and to the desired room. Curbside delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, or debris removal. Threshold delivery is available for an additional fee. With threshold delivery, the carrier will bring the item inside your home, typically just inside the front door or into the first room on the ground floor. Threshold delivery does not include moving the item up or down stairs, unpacking, assembly, or debris removal. White glove delivery is our premium service. With white glove delivery, the carrier will bring the item into your home, move it to the room of your choice on any floor, unpack it, assemble it, and remove all packaging debris. White glove delivery must be selected at checkout and is not available for all items or all locations. For all furniture deliveries, you will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery window. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached during business hours. If you are not available during the scheduled delivery window, the carrier may charge a re-delivery fee. We recommend that you measure your doorways, hallways, staircases, and the intended room before ordering furniture to ensure that the item will fit through your access points.
Age Verification and Signature Requirements
For most orders, we do not require age verification because we do not sell age-restricted products. However, for high-value items including expensive furniture, designer bags, or luxury shoes, we may require an adult signature upon delivery to prevent theft. For these high-value shipments, the carrier will not leave the package unattended. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. If no one is available to sign after the carrier’s standard number of delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local depot or pickup location for a limited period, typically five to ten business days. After that period, the package will be returned to us. Returned packages due to failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refund of the original shipping cost, and reshipment will require payment of new shipping charges. For furniture deliveries, an adult signature is always required regardless of the item’s value. The individual signing for the furniture should inspect the item for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, you should note damaged on the receipt and take photographs before the carrier leaves. For standard parcel deliveries of clothing, bags, and shoes, signature is generally not required for orders below a certain value, but the carrier may leave the package at your door or with a neighbor. We recommend using a secure delivery address or installing a delivery lockbox if theft is a concern in your area.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Problems
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. We strongly recommend that you double-check your address before submitting your order, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, street suffixes, and postal codes. Once your order has been processed, we cannot modify the shipping address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact our customer support team as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the packing stage, we may be able to correct the address. If your order has already been packed or handed to the carrier, no changes are possible. Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you will be subject to a restocking fee, and reshipment to the correct address will require payment of new shipping charges. For furniture orders, incorrect address information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, and additional charges from the freight carrier. If the carrier indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, first check with household members, neighbors, your building’s reception area, or any secure location where carriers typically leave packages. If the package remains missing after forty-eight hours, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please note that deliveries confirmed by carrier GPS coordinates showing the package was left at your address are not eligible for refund or replacement. For furniture deliveries, if you were not home during the scheduled delivery window, contact the carrier directly using the information provided on your tracking page to reschedule.
International Shipping
We currently ship to a limited number of international destinations. If international shipping is available for your address, the option will appear at checkout. When you place an order for delivery outside our home region, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination jurisdiction. Some countries restrict or prohibit the importation of certain goods, including textiles and furniture made from specific materials. It is your responsibility to confirm that your order is legal in your country before placing it. We are not responsible for packages that are seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities. If customs duties, import taxes, or value-added taxes are assessed on your package, you are solely responsible for paying them. These fees are not included in the shipping cost you pay at checkout and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery or clearance. If you refuse to pay these fees, the package may be abandoned or destroyed, or it may be returned to us at your expense. In the event of return due to refusal to pay customs fees, we will refund the product cost minus a processing fee and minus the cost of return shipping. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. International delivery times vary significantly by destination and by customs processing speed. While we provide estimates at checkout, actual delivery may take substantially longer if customs holds your package for inspection. We do not offer refunds or compensation for customs-related delays. For furniture and other large items, we generally do not offer international shipping due to the high cost and complexity of freight customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You may also access tracking information by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history. For standard parcel shipments of clothing, bags, shoes, and other small items, tracking statuses typically progress through several stages, including label created, picked up, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered. For furniture freight shipments, tracking may be less detailed, and you may need to contact the carrier directly for location updates. Please note that there may be a delay of up to twenty-four hours between the time we generate the shipping label and the time the carrier performs the first scan. During this period, the tracking status may show label created but not yet picked up, which is normal. If your tracking status has not updated for more than five business days after label creation for small items, or more than seven business days for furniture, please contact our customer support team. For international shipments, tracking may cease to update once the package leaves our region and enters your local postal system. In such cases, you may need to use your local postal service’s tracking website with the same tracking number. We recommend that you monitor your tracking information regularly and, for furniture deliveries, ensure that you are available during the scheduled delivery window. If you miss a delivery attempt for a small item, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your package from a local depot. For furniture, missed deliveries may result in additional fees.
